Shipping Methods

 All of our work is made to order and takes approximately 3 weeks to create.

If you have a special request or date needed by, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.

• Shipping to Canada: FedEx Standard Overnight

• Shipping to the United States: FedEx International Priority

• Shipping to Europe: FedEx International Priority

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

As part of the routine inspections conducted by US Customs, orders valued at over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request through our nominated courier, which includes the necessary shipping receiver's IRS number. This requirement is a standard procedure requested by US Customs for the purpose of ensuring the proper clearance of the shipment.

Duties

For customers outside of Canada, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days from delivery.

We will only accept goods that have been undamaged/unworn and in the original box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that custom designed pieces cannot be refunded.
